This is the worst experience I've ever had after purchasing a product. Skullcandy's quality has been on the downside for years now, initially my earphones were working well, so I bought another one from a shop as well. Then within the next 6 months one side stoped working and in my other earphone the mic wasn't working. For replacement you have to courier it to Noida and you won't have a clue when they would reply and you won't be having any proof that they received it as well. After waiting for several months, now I'm planning to buy another earphone from some other better company. Skullcandy is the worst. Very short life and very bad customer support. I regret that I bought two Skullcandy smokin buds earphones. I hope someone See's this review and refrain from buying this pathetic product. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

Worst product. I had a worst experience with this earphones. Just in 2 months the microphone stop working n the right ear phone also stop working. The worst part is called Amazon n they didn't bother to help me and refer me to brand eyes distributor, which is more horrible. I sent them almost 20 emails with my issue but no one is bothered to get it fixed. I brought the same earphones twice n both the time it stop working after 2 months. Request u guys not to go for skullcandy earphones it's just a crap which is made in China. It comes with two year warranty, But trust me ul feel helpless to after calling Amazon n warranty provider..

I find these headphones are a great bet in terms of price and sound, but they always break.
Every pair of skull candy earphones I've had has just packed in. Whether it's one ear or both. One pair managed to hold out a full two years. This latest pair was bought in January and packed in today: 4 months later. No droppage. No bent wire. Just stopped. I can get the most miniscule of volume from the left if I turn it up to full.
These would be 5 star if they actually lasted.

Easily the best earbud type headphones I've ever used.

Noise cancelling is superb. I can actually hear spoken word podcasts in heavy traffic. Durability outstanding (my next best pair lasted approximately 1/3 the time that these did). Function button is easy to find. The angled design of the bud makes them very snug. Sound quality is unrivalled for the price. Lots of meaty bass.

Of the 20+ pairs of earbuds I've bought and used
to destruction for hours every day, these are easily the best, most long lived and reasonably priced 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice set of buds at a bargain price .
I bought these after using a pair ofSkullcandy over ear type headphones in my home audio system for 5 years with no issues.
If money is tight as good as it gets for the cost.
Tuneful bass thats more than just a monotonous thump drowning out everything else , clear vocals and a treble
thats sharp and free from ' tizz ' .
The flat rubberized type cable seems to last much longer without breaking a connection than conventional types
and the earbuds have been optimized for a secure fit which in practice works well.
The only complaint i have is they don't have a 90 degree plug , the mic funtion is something i rarely use with headsets
but having taken a few calls now it performs well , callers report my voice as clear with no background noise apparent.
Like most people that use this type of headset i've had literally dozens over the years , some DOA , some lasted a few months , at this end of the market i'd consider 12/18 months daily use before the inevitable broken cable outstanding and see no reason for the Skullcandys to fail prematurely.
