I tried to find some discoveries from the book, find something I can use.
But after reading, I can say I didn't understand how to think bigger.
Yes, here are some ideas in the book, but most of them are obvious:
Do you know the collaboration is better than the competition?
Or do you know that the focus is the way to achieve your goals?
And so on.
So I have to say that the book is obvious. I read most of the content in other books.
But also I can say that the book is ok because it reminded me of some important things.
And that's all, I think. If you need to remind yourself about all these things, then you probably find this book is useful.
Citing billionaires and celebrities as models of motivation can get a bit stale and trite. Nevertheless, I am grateful for this reading experience.
It is worth a read and to keep in the library for rainy days when we doubt our big thinking. However, reading the base materials - authors like Tim Ferriss - is as rewarding or more. Instead of just getting snippets of their original thinking, one can get it all.
