How to Be Happy: 10 Keys to Happier Living (English Edition) Kindle-editie
This book is a very informative guide to living a flourishing life. Informed by science, Vanessa King shows why each key to flourishing matters and the actions we can take to make it a reality. Whether it's new ways to nurture our relationships, exercising our minds and bodies, or exploring our own creativity, there's something in here for everyone.--Scott Barry Kaufman, Ph.D., Scientific Director of the Imagination Institute and researcher in the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania. Author of Wired to Create
This brilliantly researched book gives you the cutting-edge science and practical strategies to put a smile on your face.--Suzy Greaves, Editor, Psychologies Magazine
While an eminently practical book, it is also wise and compassionate. Teaches us how to slow down and see the world anew.--Rachel Kelly, author of 'Walking on Sunshine: 52 Small Steps to Happiness', mental health campaigner and ambassador for SANE

There is so much advice out there, so many happiness studies and inspiring stories ... but Vanessa King has managed to find a way to corral much of it and present it in a format that is readable and easy to reference to be able to find the inspiration you seek in a format that includes both short stories and bullet points.
A very good summary and reminders of all the great advice we've been told or read or seen in listicles and blogs and on Medium.com, etc etc etc over and over but all in one useful volume.
Good index and resource section too for further reading.
